How it works in class
- Open Classroom Games and pick a game from the tabs at the top.
- Add your content: class names for the Name Picker, teams for Team Points, questions for the Quiz Show, or your vocabulary in Class words. Plain words feed Hangman, and lines written as word | meaning also feed Memory Match.
- Play on the projector. In the Quiz Show, students join on their phones with a code and score points for being right and quick.
Ideas for your lesson
- Type the unit’s vocabulary into Class words once, then play Hangman followed by Memory Match.
- Spin the Name Picker to choose who answers, with Remove the name after it’s picked switched on so nobody goes twice.
- Use Make teams to split the class, then keep score with Team Points for the whole lesson.
- Finish the week with a Quiz Show on the students’ phones.
- Put a category on Hangman, such as Food, and show it as a hint for lower levels.
Why teachers use it
- All five games sit on one page, and you switch between them with tabs.
- Your Class words list is remembered in that browser, so it is there next lesson.
- It is free to try, and this link opens without an account.
